C'est un nouveau chapitre qui s'ouvre dans l'univers Behemoth Coffee. Nous avons placé la barre plus haut et sommes fiers de vous présenter The Shadow Elite, le premier d'une nouvelle gamme de cafés de spécialité encore plus haut de gamme. Développés en collaboration avec une nouvelle torréfaction artisanale, ces cafés sont officiellement certifiés SCA et élaborés avec précision et soin.

Qu'est-ce que la SCA ?
SCA signifie Specialty Coffee Association — une organisation mondiale qui établit les normes de qualité les plus élevées pour la production de café, du grain à la tasse. Les cafés sont notés sur une échelle de 100 points par des dégustateurs certifiés, et seuls ceux qui obtiennent une note supérieure à 80 points sont classés comme « spécialisés ».

The Shadow Elite est un café 100 % arabica Yellow Bourbon d'origine unique provenant de la région Minas Gerais au Brésil. Les grains soigneusement sélectionnés sont soumis à un traitement naturel, ce qui leur confère une saveur intense et corsée, avec une faible acidité et une finale douce.
