This Cookie Policy explains how Behemoth Webstore, operated by Behemoth Webstore Maciej Gruszka (Gdyńska 99, 80-297 Miszewo, Poland) (“we”, “us”, “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies (collectively, “cookies”) on our store and website (the “Services”). 1) What are cookies?

In the EEA/UK/CH, we use strictly necessary cookies based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to operate the Services. We use non-essential cookies (e.g., analytics, personalization, advertising) only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time in Privacy Preferences.

3) How we use cookies

We group cookies into the following categories:

A. Strictly necessary (cannot be turned off)

Required to provide core site functionality, security, network management, your cart and checkout. Without these, the site will not work properly.

  • Examples: _tracking_consent, _cmp_a, cart, cart_currency, cart_sig, cart_ts, checkout_token, secure_customer_sig, storefront_digest.
  • Providers: Shopify and our sub-processors.

B. Functional / preferences

Remember choices you make (such as language or region) and support optional features you request, including single sign-on (SSO) if you choose to log in with Google or Facebook. We load only the components necessary for authentication when you initiate SSO.

  • Examples: cookies used by Google Identity Services or Facebook Login strictly for SSO flow.
  • Providers: Google Ireland Limited; Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

C. Performance / analytics

Help us understand how visitors use the Services so we can measure and improve performance (e.g., pages visited, time on site). These run only if you consent.

  • Examples: _shopify_y, _shopify_s, _y, _s, _orig_referrer, _landing_page, Google Analytics cookies (e.g., _ga).
  • Providers: Shopify; Google.

D. Advertising / marketing

Used to deliver and measure ads, personalize content and build audiences across sites. These run only if you consent.

  • Examples: _fbp, _shopify_sa_t, _shopify_sa_p; tags/pixels from Meta and Google Ads.
  • Providers: Meta (Facebook/Instagram); Google (Google Ads); selected partners noted in our Privacy Policy.

E. Shopify Network Intelligence (enhanced features)

We may enable Shopify enhanced features that use aggregated signals (including cookie-based identifiers) to help protect, grow and improve our business (e.g., fraud prevention, recommendations, performance insights). In the EEA/UK/CH, any analytics/marketing aspects of these features run only with your consent. You can manage this in Privacy Preferences.

4) Examples of cookies we use

Cookie names and lifetimes may change over time as Shopify or providers update their services. The list below is illustrative:

Heads-up for U.S. customers

As of Aug 29, 2025, the U.S. removed the $800 de minimis rule. Import duties, taxes, and FedEx clearance/processing fees may be charged by FedEx on delivery and are not included at checkout.

  • Orders with only stickers, wall prints, posters, vinyl records or audio CDs: duty-free (0% duty). Please note: FedEx may still assess a small clearance/processing fee (e.g., entry/MPF) even when duty is 0%.
  • Mixed orders (e.g., vinyl/CD + apparel/other merch): duties may apply to the non-media items, and FedEx may charge a clearance/disbursement fee (4.5 USD).
  • Coffee/tea: subject to FDA clearance. FedEx collects a $27.50 FDA fee on delivery (not charged at checkout).

  • Orders ≤ £135: Duty-free and nothing to pay on delivery — UK VAT is already collected at checkout.
