METODE DE PLATĂ

În magazinul nostru există mai multe modalități de plată pentru comanda dvs.: plată online și cu cardul prin PayPal, plată directă cu cardul / Apple Pay / Google Pay prin operatorul de plăți Stripe și plată prin transfer bancar. Puteți alege metoda de plată la finalizarea comenzii.

a. Plăți directe cu cardul / Apple Pay / Google Pay prin Shopify Payments

Dacă doriți să plătiți simplu cu cardul, aceasta este cea mai bună opțiune. Oferă o modalitate sigură, rapidă și directă de a plăti cu cardul, precum și cu Apple Pay sau Google Pay și alte metode de plată locale.

Folosim operatorul nativ Shopify Payments, care asigură că plata dvs. este 100% sigură și va ajunge la noi fără probleme.

b. PayPal

c. Transfer bancar

La plasarea unei comenzi cu opțiunea de plată prin transfer bancar, veți primi un e-mail de la noi cu detaliile comenzii și toate datele necesare transferului. În plus, după confirmarea comenzii veți primi un e-mail de confirmare cu toate informațiile necesare.

Majoritatea băncilor solicită trei elemente pentru un transfer internațional: numele băncii, numărul IBAN și codul BIC. Toate datele vă sunt furnizate în e-mailul de confirmare a comenzii și pe chitanță, dar le repetăm aici pentru claritate.

U.S. orders — no surprises

To make shopping easier and fully transparent, U.S. orders are shipped via USPS in Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) mode. All import duties, taxes, and clearance costs are included at checkout.

This means:

  • No extra fees on delivery — USPS will not collect any money from you.
  • The total you see at checkout is the final total.
  • Faster, smoother delivery with no paperwork or surprises at your door.
  • Apparel and other merch: applicable duties are calculated and collected at checkout.
  • Coffee / tea: shipped without any additional FDA or import fees. Everything is included in the checkout total.

In short: what you pay at checkout is exactly what you pay — nothing more.

Viktig for kunder i Norge (VOEC)

Vi er VOEC-registrert. For forbrukerbestillinger med VOEC-godkjente varer (hver vare ≤ NOK 3 000) påløper det ingen import- eller håndteringsgebyrer ved levering. Norsk MVA (25 %) beregnes i kassen (varer + frakt) og innbetales av oss i Norge.

  • Grensen gjelder per vare (frakt regnes ikke inn i vareverdien).
  • Unntak: mat og drikke (inkl. kaffe), kosttilskudd, alkohol, tobakk — sendes utenfor VOEC; import-MVA/fortollingsgebyrer kan påløpe ved levering.
  • B2B-bestillinger: VOEC gjelder for forbrukere; bedrifter følger ordinære import-/MVA-regler.
  • Blandet handlekurv (f.eks. VOEC-varer + kaffe): vurder separate bestillinger for å beholde VOEC-fordelene.

Heads-up for UK customers

We charge UK VAT at checkout on all orders (VAT no.: GB369523368).

  • Orders ≤ £135: Duty-free and nothing to pay on delivery — UK VAT is already collected at checkout.
  • Orders > £135: the carrier may collect import VAT and any applicable customs duties on delivery. If that happens, contact us — we’ll refund the UK VAT paid at checkout (proof of carrier charges may be required).
  • Media only (stickers, wall prints, posters, vinyl records, audio CDs): typically 0% customs duty (UK VAT still applies).
  • Mixed orders (e.g., vinyl/CD + apparel/other merch): non-media items may incur duty; the carrier may charge a clearance/disbursement fee.
  • Food / coffee / tea & supplements: standard import; expect UK VAT and possible carrier clearance/inspection fees (not charged at checkout by us).

Enviamos a México en condiciones DAP (Entregado en el Lugar) — los aranceles de importación, el IVA y las tarifas de aduana no están incluidos en el total de tu pedido y serán cobrados por la aduana mexicana o el transportista al momento de la entrega.

  • Camisetas de algodón: arancel aprox. 15–20%
  • Sudaderas de algodón: arancel aprox. 15–20%
  • Discos de vinilo: arancel 0%
  • CDs de audio: arancel 0%
  • IVA: 16% sobre el valor CIF (costo + seguro + flete) más el arancel aplicable
  • El transportista puede cobrar una tarifa adicional de gestión aduanal por anticipar los pagos a la aduana.

Los aranceles finales dependen de la clasificación HTS del producto, los materiales y los procedimientos del transportista. Los valores indicados son orientativos.

Nota sobre el método de envío: Los pedidos enviados por UPS Express Saver siempre pasan por un despacho aduanal completo — se aplicarán aranceles y tarifas de gestión. Los pedidos enviados por Correos de México (servicio postal) a veces pasan sin cobro de aranceles en paquetes pequeños, aunque esto no está garantizado — los aranceles son legalmente exigibles independientemente de si el transportista los cobra o no.

Si los cargos de importación no son pagados:

  • El paquete puede ser devuelto a nosotros a tu cargo o retenido por la aduana mexicana.
  • En caso de devolución, el reembolso se reducirá por todos los costos de envío de retorno y manipulación.
  • Si el paquete es destruido por la aduana, no se emitirá ningún reembolso.

Якщо митні збори не будуть сплачені:

  • Посилка може бути повернута нам за ваш рахунок або затримана митною службою України.
  • У разі повернення сума відшкодування буде зменшена на всі витрати з пересилання та обробки.
  • Якщо посилку буде знищено, відшкодування не здійснюється.

Important notice for Canadian customers

We ship to Canada under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms — import duties, GST/HST and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your checkout total and will be collected by Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or your carrier upon delivery.

Canada's duty-free de minimis threshold is CAD $20 — almost all orders will be subject to duties and taxes.

Note on shipping method: Orders sent via UPS Express Saver will always go through full customs clearance — duties and brokerage fees apply. Orders sent via Canada Post (postal service) sometimes pass through without duty collection on smaller packages, though this is not guaranteed — duties are legally owed regardless of whether the carrier collects them.

  • Cotton T-shirts: duty approx. 18%
  • Cotton hoodies / sweatshirts: duty approx. 18%
  • Vinyl records: duty 0%
  • Audio CDs: duty 0%
  • GST/HST: 5–15% depending on your province, applied on CIF value (cost + insurance + freight) + applicable duty
  • Your carrier (DHL, UPS, Canada Post) may charge an additional brokerage or disbursement fee for advancing customs payments on your behalf.

Final amounts depend on the product's HTS classification, materials and carrier procedures. The values above are for guidance only.

Note: Orders shipped via standard postal service (Canada Post) are sometimes delivered without duties being collected — however, this cannot be guaranteed and depends on CBSA's discretion. Courier shipments (DHL, UPS) are more likely to have duties collected on delivery.

If import fees are not paid:

  • The parcel may be returned to us at your cost or held by CBSA.
  • For returns, your refund will be reduced by all return shipping and handling costs charged to us.
  • If the parcel is destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.
