Shipping Policy / Delivery & Handling

1. Order Processing Time

Your order will be shipped within 24–48 hours after receiving payment. Sometimes we need to source items from suppliers and processing can take up to 6 business days or as otherwise agreed. We will contact you if processing is expected to be prolonged.

Pre-orders: Estimated processing and delivery times stated elsewhere do not apply to pre-orders. For pre-order items the expected processing/shipping date is specified on the product page (please check product description for exact timing).

Please note that orders not paid within 4 working days will be automatically cancelled unless a different deadline has been agreed.

2. Shipment Methods and Times

We ship worldwide from Poland using national post operators, DHL, and UPS courier services. Tracking information is always provided. Most courier deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days. Maximum courier delivery time is 10 business days. It takes longer to deliver post packages - you can find the estimated delivery times at checkout when placing the order.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed — they may vary depending on your country of residence, local postal/courier operations and customs clearance procedures.

3. Shipment Costs

Shipping costs depend on item weight, destination country, and selected shipping method. The final shipping price is calculated and shown at checkout.

Import duties & taxes (DDP vs. DAP/DDU)

For selected destinations, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning duties, VAT/import tax, and clearance fees are collected at checkout and you won't be charged anything upon delivery. This currently applies to: USA, UK, and Norway.

THERE ARE NO CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES WITHIN EUROPEAN UNION.

For all other destinations, we ship DAP/DDU (Delivered At Place / Unpaid) — meaning Behemoth Webstore does not cover customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes. These charges may be collected by the destination country's customs authority or by the courier and must be paid by the recipient.

If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned to us, any refund will be reduced by the original outbound shipping cost and by all return-related costs charged by the courier and/or customs (including return shipping, handling, storage, and administrative fees).

UPS / FedEx shipments: In some countries UPS / FedEx may apply an additional handling / disbursement / brokerage fee (e.g. when UPS / FedEx advances duties/taxes on behalf of the recipient). This fee is charged by UPS and is outside our control — the recipient is responsible for it.

4. Problems with Delivery

If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@behemoth-store.com and we will track the shipment and assist you.

In the rare event the parcel is confirmed lost, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund according to your preference.

Please review the country-specific notices below carefully. These override general statements where applicable and contain local thresholds, rates, and processes (as of the dates stated).

United Kingdom — Important Notice for UK Customers

Important Notice for UK Customers (Effective 2025)

For UK customers, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning UK VAT, import duties, and all applicable clearance charges are collected at checkout. You will not be asked to pay anything upon delivery, regardless of order value.

This applies to all UK orders, including orders above £135. All taxes and duties are handled and prepaid by us on your behalf — there are no additional charges at the door.

If delivery fails / refusal / return to sender

If a parcel is refused or cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the recipient (e.g., incorrect address, failure to collect, refusal), any refund will be reduced by the original outbound shipping cost and by all return-related costs charged to us by the carrier and/or customs (including return shipping, handling, storage, and administrative fees).

México — Aviso de Importación (Español)

🇪🇸 Aviso de Importación – México (Cargos cobrados a la entrega | Vigente desde el 31 de agosto de 2025)

  1. Los envíos a México pueden estar sujetos a aranceles de aduana, normalmente entre 10% y 20% según el tipo de producto y la clasificación arancelaria (HS).
  2. Se aplica un IVA del 16% sobre el valor CIF (costo + seguro + flete) más los aranceles.
  3. Algunos productos (p. ej., alcohol, tabaco, artículos de lujo, vehículos) pueden estar sujetos a impuestos especiales o selectivos adicionales.
  4. Estos aranceles, el IVA y los cargos de mensajería no se pagan en nuestra tienda. Son cobrados por la aduana mexicana o el transportista al momento de la entrega y deben ser pagados por el destinatario.
  5. Los montos finales dependen de la clasificación arancelaria (HS), el valor declarado y los procedimientos de la aduana mexicana.

Si no se pagan los cargos de importación:

  1. El paquete puede ser devuelto a nuestro almacén a su costo, o confiscado/destruido por la aduana mexicana.
  2. En caso de devolución, el reembolso se reducirá por todos los costos de transporte, aranceles e importación que nos hayan sido cobrados.
  3. Si el paquete es destruido, no se emitirá ningún reembolso.

Україна — Повідомлення про імпорт в Україну

Повідомлення про імпорт в Україну (EMS / Кур'єр • Оплата зборів при доставці | з 1 вересня 2025 р.)

  1. Усі відправлення до України підлягають імпортному миту, ПДВ та митним зборам, які встановлюються Митною службою України.
  2. Ці витрати не включені у вашу підсумкову суму при оформленні замовлення та повинні бути сплачені одержувачем безпосередньо «Укрпошті», UPS, DHL або DPD під час доставки.
  3. Згідно з нашими умовами доставки (DAP – Delivered at Place), клієнт несе повну відповідальність за ці імпортні збори.
  4. Митне оформлення також може подовжити термін доставки понад зазначений на етапі оформлення замовлення.

Типові орієнтири щодо мита/ПДВ (вироблено в Польщі; остаточну класифікацію HS визначає митниця):

  • Бавовняні футболки ≈ 10% мито + 20% ПДВ
  • Бавовняні худі ≈ 10–12% мито + 20% ПДВ
  • Поліестерові худі ≈ 12–15% мито + 20% ПДВ
  • Вінілові платівки: 0% мито · 20% ПДВ
  • Аудіо-CD: 0% мито · 20% ПДВ
  1. Якщо імпортні збори не сплачені — відправлення може бути повернене нам за ваш рахунок або конфісковане/знищене Митною службою України.
  2. У випадку повернення сума відшкодування буде зменшена на витрати на зворотну доставку, мито та всі супутні збори, які були нам нараховані.
  3. Якщо відправлення буде конфісковане чи знищене, відшкодування не здійснюється.
  4. Якщо відправлення буде знищене внаслідок воєнних дій, відшкодування також не здійснюється.

Costa Rica — Aviso de Importación

Aviso de Importación – Costa Rica (Cargos cobrados a la entrega | Vigente desde el 31 de agosto de 2025)

  1. Los envíos a Costa Rica pueden estar sujetos a aranceles de aduana, normalmente entre 1% y 15%, aunque para textiles/ropa provenientes de países fuera de tratados de libre comercio puede llegar a 10–30%.
  2. Se aplica un IVA del 13% sobre el valor CIF (costo + seguro + flete) más los aranceles.
  3. Algunos productos (p. ej., alcohol, tabaco, vehículos, artículos de lujo) pueden estar sujetos a impuestos selectivos de consumo adicionales de hasta un 75%.
  4. Estos aranceles, impuestos y cargos de mensajería no se pagan en nuestra tienda. Son cobrados por la aduana costarricense o el transportista al momento de la entrega y deben ser pagados por el destinatario.
  5. Los montos finales dependen de la clasificación arancelaria (HS), el tipo de producto y los procedimientos de la aduana costarricense.

Si no se pagan los cargos de importación:

  1. El paquete puede ser devuelto a nuestro almacén a su costo, o confiscado/destruido por la aduana costarricense.
  2. En caso de devolución, el reembolso se reducirá por todos los costos de transporte, aranceles e importación que nos hayan sido cobrados.
  3. Si el paquete es destruido, no se emitirá ningún reembolso.

Philippines — Import Notice (English)

Philippines Import Notice (Fees Collected on Delivery | Effective Aug 31, 2025)

  1. Shipments to the Philippines may incur customs duties, typically averaging ~5.7%, but rates can range from 0% up to 65% depending on product category and HS classification.
  2. A 12% VAT is applied on top, calculated on the sum of the CIF value (Cost + Insurance + Freight) plus any duty.
  3. For shipments with FOB value under PHP 10,000, both duty and VAT may be exempted under de minimis rules.
  4. Specific categories like alcohol, tobacco, vehicles, and luxury items may attract additional excise taxes.
  5. Import duties, taxes, and courier fees are not collected by us at checkout. They are billed by Philippine Customs or the courier upon delivery and must be paid by the recipient.

If import fees are not paid: the shipment may be returned at your cost — or confiscated/destroyed by the Bureau of Customs. Any refund will be reduced by return shipping, duty, and handling costs billed to us. No refund is issued if the parcel is destroyed.

United States — Important Notice for U.S. Customers

Important Notice for U.S. Customers (Effective August 29, 2025)

As of August 29, 2025, the United States suspended the $800 de minimis duty-free exemption for international commercial shipments. This applies to U.S. orders, including pre-orders.

DDP shipping to the United States — duties & taxes paid at checkout

For U.S. customers, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning import duties and all applicable charges are collected at checkout. You will not be asked to pay anything upon delivery.

How your order is delivered

Your order ships from Poland via our international carrier. Once your package reaches the United States, USPS takes over and delivers it directly to your door. Your tracking number may appear unfamiliar at first — this is normal. Once USPS accepts the parcel, tracking will update on the USPS website.

Customs processing

Even with DDP, U.S. Customs may inspect shipments and request additional information, which can cause delays. Final assessment depends on the official HS/HTS classification determined by Customs.

Taiwan — Import Notice

Please be aware of the following regarding import taxes and duties for orders shipped to Taiwan:

  1. Taiwanese VAT (currently 5%) will apply, regardless of the order value in most cases.
  2. Import duties may apply depending on the type and value of the product.
  3. Customs clearance and brokerage fees may also be charged by the shipping carrier (e.g. DHL, UPS) or Taiwanese customs.
  4. All shipments are delivered DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid): taxes and duties are not collected at checkout and must be paid by you upon delivery.

If you refuse to pay these charges and reject the package: it may be returned to us at significant cost or destroyed by customs. If returned, the refund will be reduced by the cost of returning the unclaimed parcel, import duties and related fees. If the parcel is destroyed or not returned, no refund will be issued.

Norway — VOEC information

Please be aware of the following regarding orders shipped to Norway (VOEC registered):

  1. We are registered in the Norwegian VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce) scheme. Norwegian VAT (currently 25%) is collected at checkout and included in your order total for VOEC-eligible orders.
  2. Orders with a value of up to 3,000 NOK per item (excluding shipping) are covered by VOEC.
  3. For VOEC-covered orders you should not be charged additional VAT or import duties upon delivery; the package will be customs-cleared automatically by the carrier.
  4. Orders exceeding 3,000 NOK per item fall outside VOEC and may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged by the carrier or Norwegian customs — these will be payable by the recipient.

If you refuse to pay applicable charges and reject the parcel, it will be returned to us. We will have to cover the import duties and return fees; the refunded amount will be reduced by return costs which can sometimes exceed the order value.

Switzerland — Import Notice

Please be aware of the following regarding import taxes and duties for orders shipped to Switzerland:

  1. For orders valued at approximately CHF 65 or less (including shipping): generally no import duties or VAT apply.
  2. For orders valued over approximately CHF 65: Swiss VAT (7.7%) will apply and customs duties may apply depending on product type.
  3. For clothing, duties are often calculated by weight rather than value — approximate textile duties ≈ CHF 3.60–4.80 per kg.
  4. Handling/brokerage fees may also be charged by the shipping carrier (e.g., Swiss Post) and can be up to CHF ~18 or similar depending on the carrier's policy.

These fees are regulated by Swiss customs and must be paid by the recipient. If refused, the parcel may be returned; refunds are reduced by return costs and duties.

Israel — Import Notice

Please be aware of the following regarding import taxes and duties for orders shipped to Israel:

  1. For orders valued at approximately $75 USD or less (including shipping): typically no import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees apply.
  2. For orders valued over approximately $75 USD: VAT (17%) and customs duties may apply depending on product type and value. Apparel commonly attracts duties around 12–18%.
  3. Customs clearance and brokerage fees may also be charged by the carrier or customs authorities.

If you refuse delivery, the parcel may be returned at your cost; refunds will be reduced by return shipping, duties, and related fees.

Canada — Import Notice

Please be aware of the following regarding import taxes and duties for orders shipped to Canada:

  1. For orders valued at approximately $13.80 USD or less (including shipping): no import duties or GST/HST generally apply (de minimis threshold).
  2. For orders valued over approximately $13.80 USD: GST/HST (5–15% depending on province) and customs duties may apply based on product type and value. Typical duties range 5–20%.
  3. Handling/clearance fees may be charged by the shipping carrier (e.g., Canada Post or courier handling fees ~USD $6.90 or similar).

These fees are regulated by Canadian customs and carriers and must be paid by the recipient. If refused, the parcel may be returned and refunds reduced by return costs and duties.

Japan — Import Notice

Please be aware of the following regarding import taxes and duties for orders shipped to Japan:

  1. For orders with a total CIF value (goods + shipping + insurance) of ¥10,000 or less: no customs duty or consumption tax applies.
  2. For orders with a total CIF value over ¥10,000: a 5% customs duty applies on the CIF value, followed by 10% consumption tax calculated on the duty-inclusive value.
  3. We ship to Japan via Japan Post. A flat ¥200 customs handling fee per parcel may be charged by Japan Post upon delivery.
  4. Note that shipping costs are included in the CIF value used for customs calculation — this means your total shipping cost increases the taxable base.
  5. All shipments to Japan are delivered DAP/DDU (Delivered At Place / Unpaid): import duties, consumption tax, and handling fees are not collected at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Example: An order with CIF value of ¥15,000 → customs duty ~¥750 + consumption tax ~¥1,575 + Japan Post handling fee ¥200 = ~¥2,525 total due at delivery.

If you refuse to pay these charges and reject the package: it may be returned to us at significant cost or destroyed by customs. If returned, any refund will be reduced by the original outbound shipping cost and all return-related costs charged to us. If the parcel is destroyed or not returned, no refund will be issued.

Final Notes

EU customers: there are no customs duties within the EU — shipments within the European Union are duty-free.

By placing an order you acknowledge that customs duties, VAT and any brokerage/handling fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

U.S. orders — no surprises

To make shopping easier and fully transparent, U.S. orders are shipped via USPS in Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) mode. All import duties, taxes, and clearance costs are included at checkout.

This means:

  • No extra fees on delivery — USPS will not collect any money from you.
  • The total you see at checkout is the final total.
  • Faster, smoother delivery with no paperwork or surprises at your door.
  • Apparel and other merch: applicable duties are calculated and collected at checkout.
  • Coffee / tea: shipped without any additional FDA or import fees. Everything is included in the checkout total.

In short: what you pay at checkout is exactly what you pay — nothing more.

Vi er VOEC-registrert. For forbrukerbestillinger med VOEC-godkjente varer (hver vare ≤ NOK 3 000) påløper det ingen import- eller håndteringsgebyrer ved levering. Norsk MVA (25 %) beregnes i kassen (varer + frakt) og innbetales av oss i Norge.

  • Grensen gjelder per vare (frakt regnes ikke inn i vareverdien).
  • Unntak: mat og drikke (inkl. kaffe), kosttilskudd, alkohol, tobakk — sendes utenfor VOEC; import-MVA/fortollingsgebyrer kan påløpe ved levering.
  • B2B-bestillinger: VOEC gjelder for forbrukere; bedrifter følger ordinære import-/MVA-regler.
  • Blandet handlekurv (f.eks. VOEC-varer + kaffe): vurder separate bestillinger for å beholde VOEC-fordelene.

Heads-up for UK customers

We charge UK VAT at checkout on all orders (VAT no.: GB369523368).

  • Orders ≤ £135: Duty-free and nothing to pay on delivery — UK VAT is already collected at checkout.
  • Orders > £135: the carrier may collect import VAT and any applicable customs duties on delivery. If that happens, contact us — we’ll refund the UK VAT paid at checkout (proof of carrier charges may be required).
  • Media only (stickers, wall prints, posters, vinyl records, audio CDs): typically 0% customs duty (UK VAT still applies).
  • Mixed orders (e.g., vinyl/CD + apparel/other merch): non-media items may incur duty; the carrier may charge a clearance/disbursement fee.
  • Food / coffee / tea & supplements: standard import; expect UK VAT and possible carrier clearance/inspection fees (not charged at checkout by us).
