We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Policy sets out your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds and withdrawals. It applies to all purchases from www.behemoth-store.com.
General Return Period (30 Days)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are returned in the same condition you received them. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal for EU/EEA/UK customers (14 days, see below).
How to Start a Return
- Self-Serve Portal: Customers with an account can submit return requests via our portal: https://account.behemoth-store.com.
- Email: Alternatively, email support@behemoth-store.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and whether you request a refund or exchange.
We will confirm acceptance and provide a return label or instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging (where applicable). Please include proof of purchase. If the returned item arrives in a condition indicating a reduction in its value (e.g. creased, compressed, or damaged due to improper packaging), we reserve the right to deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the actual decrease in the item's value.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Sealed personal care or hygiene items once unsealed
- Gift cards
- Sale items, unless faulty
Vintage Hell – Used Apparel
The Vintage Hell section offers second-hand apparel and accessories. These items may show signs of prior use, which are disclosed in the description and photos. Such signs of wear are part of the product’s character and do not constitute defects.
- You may try on second-hand apparel indoors to check fit and size.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Excessive handling (e.g., staining, new odors, removing included tags) may result in a deduction from your refund to reflect diminished value.
- The statutory liability period for lack of conformity of used goods is 12 months from delivery, in accordance with EU law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return your item and place a new order after your return is accepted.
European Union / EEA / UK – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If your order is shipped to the EU, EEA or UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please use our self-serve portal, email us at support@behemoth-store.com, or use our model withdrawal form (not mandatory).
Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will include the cost of the item(s) and the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Costs
- You are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
- Original shipping costs are refunded only if: (a) the item is faulty, or (b) you exercise your EU/EEA/UK right of withdrawal within 14 days (excluding any extra costs for non-standard shipping methods).
