1. ORDER PROCEEDING TIME
Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours after receiving the payment. Sometimes it happens though that for any reason we have to get the item from the supplier and then, the proceeding time can take up to 6 business days or as agreed. We will contact you when the proceeding time will be prolonged.
Please remember, that orders which are not paid within 4 working days will be cancelled.
2. SHIPMENT METHODS AND TIMES
The Behemoth Webstore shop delivers the orders with UPS, DPD , DHL and FedEx couriers which covers nearly all world countries (apart and South America - because of packages being stolen / lost there and not accepted by Customers because of import fees). You will get your registered package number and the tracking data automatically after we send the package.
The shipping method is selected as one of the stages of placing an order.
The shipping time varies and depends on your country of residence. Post operators declares the shipping time, but we are not responsible for keeping them. These are just estimations, not guaranteed shipment times.
We are aware of the fact that once the order is placed and paid for you would like to get it as soon as possible, so we always try to send the order the day we get the payment or the next day. But the order proceeding time may take up to 6 working days.
3. SHIPMENT COSTS
The shipping cost in our store are dependent on the items weigh, destination country and shipping method. Apart from the shipping fee, they may consist of the packing and handling fees. Therefore you will get the shipment price as soon as you put your item to the cart and choose the delivery address (before making the order).
4. NON EUROPEAN UNION IMPORT FEES
All orders sent to the USA will not be charged with import/tax fees by USA Customs. However, in case of other non-EU countries, these fees may apply. Please contact your Customs office to ask what could be the fees for your country - it is different in each country and the regulations change so we cannot put any fixed information here.
Please note, you can lower the import fees by contacting UPS and declaring you will pay the customs debt by yourself. This will lower the import fee by UPS provision which they charge by paying the customs fees on your behalf.
5. PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY
In case you don't get the order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at email@example.com and we will track down the problem and help you. In case the package is missing (which happens very rarely) we will either resend the order or send you a full refund - according to your decision.
